Common questions
How soon can I speak to a doctor?
Most concerns get a slot the same day, and general physicians are usually free within the hour during daytime. If nobody is available, you'll see the next open slot before you pay.
What does it cost?
Each doctor sets their own fee, shown on their profile before you book. There's no subscription and no charge for making an account.
How do I pay?
Scan the QR shown after you pick a slot using eSewa, Khalti or your mobile banking app, then upload the screenshot. Confirmation comes by SMS.
Can the doctor prescribe medicine?
Yes, for conditions that can be safely assessed over video. A signed digital prescription lands in your account. Some cases need a physical examination or tests, and the doctor will tell you that on the call.
What if the doctor doesn't join?
The fee is refunded in full, or you can move to another doctor at no extra cost.
Can I book for my parents?
Yes. Add them as a family member, and they only need a phone that can open the video link. You can join the call with them.
